The Concept App

An app designed to put the product first.

We designed and built the Concept app to keep the shopper's attention on what they came for. Every screen, from the moment the app opens to the moment an order is placed, was shaped around the products on sale.

Discovery, product first

We designed the browsing experience around the products themselves. Categories and brand pages live in the navigation, one tap away, so shoppers can reach them the moment they want to.

A checkout built for Saudi shoppers

We integrated the payment methods Concept's customers actually reach for: Mada, Apple Pay, Tamara, and local cards, so checkout feels familiar from the first tap.

Built on a connected backend

We integrated the services that keep the app running end to end: SMS and OTP for verification, payment gateways for checkout, and a live sync with the merchant and admin dashboards.

For the brands

A dashboard we built for how brands actually work.

We designed and built the tool that Saudi brands use to run their business on Concept. It was shaped around a simple idea: give a brand owner everything they need to run a store. The result is a dashboard that's user friendly and easy to use.

Onboarding without the friction

We designed a signup flow that takes a brand from account creation to their first product listing in a single sitting. Register, upload the required documents, load the catalog. That's the whole path.

Product management, simplified

We built product and SKU management to hide complexity by default. Variants, pricing, catalog structure, and inventory are all one click away when a merchant needs them.

The numbers that matter, in real time

We built the analytics view around the questions merchants actually ask. Orders, revenue, top-selling products, and store activity update as they happen, on the first screen a merchant sees each day.

For the Concept team

The dashboard that runs the marketplace.

We designed and built the dashboard Concept's own team uses to operate the marketplace end to end. A dashboard, shaped around the role of whoever's using it, covering every part of running the business.

Built around each role

We shaped the dashboard around the three roles that run Concept: admins, operations, and accounting. Each sees only the tools and numbers their work actually needs.

Full control over every merchant

We built the tools the Concept team uses to manage merchants end to end: reviewing applications, approving accounts, handling compliance documents, updating brand profiles, and managing storage plans, all from one place.

A financial layer built for the local market

We built the financial side of the marketplace to fit how commerce actually works locally. Merchant settlements with VAT-aware payouts, invoicing, and wallet ledgers are all handled inside the dashboard.

The app, controlled from the inside

We built the content system that lets Concept's team shape what shoppers see. Homepage layouts, banners, category pages, brand pages, onboarding slides, and support content are all managed and published from here.

How it fits together

Three products, one system.

We designed the three sides of Concept to work as one ecosystem. An admin approves a merchant, and the merchant is live. A merchant lists a product, and it appears in the app. A shopper places an order, and every side of the platform reflects it the moment it happens. The connection isn't an integration between three separate products. It's the way we built it from day one.
